Please check your email inbox frequently, including junk mail folder, after contact is made for MLS paperwork and listing instructions.

2) Return Executed Paperwork

this will be accomplished online.

3) Submit Photos

this may be accomplished through uploading them to a server or sent as an attachment via email.

4) MLS Listing Gets Activated:

View your Flat Rate MLS Listing live within 24 to 48 hours of submission of all necessary paperwork to your assigned discount Flat Fee Broker. Your MLS listing can be viewed on: Realtor.com* Thousands of Realtors will have access to your local Flat Fee MLS listing as soon as the assigned broker affiliate Realtor enters the listing info into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database.
